Joined 7 years ago from Concon, Chile
I'm a retired police officer from Minnesota, now living in Chile with my wife and two kids. I spent one year (2000) in Santiago before moving to the Viña del Mar/Valparaiso area. I've always been an avid reader. I was one of the earliest members of the now defunct Epinions site. It was a place where I made many good friends and had a lot of fun. Writing police reports that sometimes led to court testimony made me a careful writer. Words matter. Opinions are not facts, though I value both.
