A compulsive scribbler - like to meddle and make creative things too. Have written and published 14 titles in the Sibo Series. These are fun story books designed to empower children with knowledge on a wide range of subjects in an easy to understand way. Have published other books too - the latest is a modern day fairy story written in conjunction with my daughter, set in a nature reserve - The Imaginaeries of Faerie Glen. Design and develop games that are being used in schools and other places around the country. Also write a weekly newspaper column from Sibo's point of view. Do fun workshops for kids on odd occasions too.
When I'm not writing, I love upcycling stuff, mosaicing, pottering around in the garden, reading, hiking and spending time with my lovely husband and family. Am rather partial to our furry critters too. In fact, for more than 8 years I wrote a weekly newspaper column from our SPCA special Fudges point of view - A Dog's Blog. These have since been turned into books (an ongoing process).
My friends will confirm that I'm a red wine lover!
