I am an environmental engineer, artist and music teacher.

I enjoy reading and writing on sustainable development, climate change, global warming, environmental legislation, piano history, the "renaissance mind", piano playing, ballet, painting and parenting.

Due to my involvement in such a broad spectrum of disciplines, i am often referred to as a "renaissance woman". Let's just say that I thoroughly enjoy using both sides of my mind.

Update:

It's been 14 months since I started hubpages, and 9 months since I have written a single hub. I have written 58 hubs to date and I have decided to start back writing.
