As founder of Shapers Image, we realized the need for a comfortable hat liner material as we also learned by our own experience how important it was to keep our hats neatly and with a good appearance at all times, especially when going out on a Friday or Saturday night. Our closet was completely full of wrinkled and flat hats that just made us feel like throwing them all away. After consulting with friends, family, and colleagues who also had flattened, wrinkled hats, we concluded that there should be a product that would provide a comfortable support to the forehead and temple while maintaining the original hat or cap’s contour. So, after two years and a great deal of research in the making, and after visiting hundreds of sport shops, retail stores, and trying dozens of materials far and wide, we finally discovered a long lasting, environmentally friendly and crack resistant material (unlike plastic). Our hat shapers are also treated with an odorless, mildew resistant material creating the ultimate baseball caps crown insert and hat shapers.

At Shapers Image® LLC we are proud to produce not only a useful and inexpensive product but offer the hat wearers of the world a chance to look their best when wearing their favorite hat. In other words, as our name implies; improving people’s personal image. Providing an attractive appearance to military personnel, baseball team fans and the fashionable trends of the 21st century. We are available in multiple sales eCommerce channels as well as selling to the wholesale industry. The hat shaper is exclusively manufactured for Shapers Image® Company. They are made from special ethylene-vinyl acetate, and the Cap Crown Shapers forms are made in the USA. Our material is used in a variety of industrial and consumer applications such as sports helmet padding, flip-flops, and beach sandals. It is typically used as a shock absorber in exercise mats and sports shoes. When Ethylene Vinyl Acetate is formulated into a closed cell foam product it takes on the following characteristics; waterproof, good weather and chemical resistance, low water absorption, oil resistance, high-energy absorption, good thermal insulation and it is known to retain its flexibility even at subzero temperatures, which makes our hat shaper and caps inserts comfortable for a lifelong use.

Shapers Image® different styled shapers installed alone keep the caps crown in its upright position while it provides additional sweat protection. Consequently, the Shapers and Inserts minimize the sun’s rays on the forehead in the summer and maximize warmth in the winter. The exceptional patterns, styles and materials make the shapers exceptionally useful. We carry different top panel shapers which fit nicely under the hat’s dome panel and cap’s crown sweat band, allowing the baseball cap to keep its shape while being left to air dry after washing your hats or when storing then away. So, the next time you find some beloved old hats in your garage, flattened out like pancakes or notice those wrinkled caps in your closet, remember our slogan: “Let’s Make Your Hat Great Again!” ™
