Hi,my name is Hawkeye and I'm a manager working in Dubai. My background has been in management for many years but have only been in Dubai for the last year.

I'm a first time Blogger with an interest in all aspects of management. having come to Dubai I wanted to stimulate a discussion with like mined indivuals about issues within management they experience and share any knowledge of their chosen field or expertise in management with others.My hope is to share and learn with others their insights into management here in Dubai.

I would love to learn of difficulties faced or successful strategies individuals have applied or thinking of applying within their work environment.

No matter what your field in management your contributions will be very welcome and help liven the debate.

I have no idea of the level of interest this may generate but I am a firm believer that management and the way we manage others in the workplace can not only influence us as individuals but as a society in general as we spend a good deal of our lives in the workplace.
