I am a 35 year old mom to 3 boys ages 15, 13 and 7 and have been married to my highschool sweetheart for 17 years this August. I have been dealing with depression now for almost 14 years.
Because of my own personal journey I have for the past year felt a strong urging to start an internet talk radio show to offer guidance and help for those who are looking for ways to heal their mind, body and soul no matter what the source of pain is. Heal Yourself Talk Radio was born.
Heal Yourself Talk Radio has been on the "air" since August 10, 2006!
Heal Yourself Talk Radio is now launching its own online magazine called Heal Yourself Magazine found at http://www.healyourselfmagazine.com
Just remember that no matter what situation you deal with in your life you are not alone!
I strongly believe in people being able to find whatever information they are looking for in their search for healing of their mind, body and spirit and have since added on to Heal Yourself Talk Radio.
