I'm a smarty pants, a sweetie pie and a tough cookie. Married to an Irish fitness junkie, I'm a mother of three wee ones, a journalist, a writer, a poet and a crack copy editor. I'm a recently converted holistic health nut.

I'm someone to hang out with, a friendly voice you can relate to, learn a little something from, teach a little something to, laugh along with, use as inspiration, inspire. Mostly I'll be writing about holistic health, diet, exercise, spirituality and family life, and the intersection of all the above.

I believe we're all on a spiritual journey, and no one path is the best choice above all others. But I do think that we should reevaluate if our path consistently winds past the drive thru at Mickey D's (I still love you, Nug' House!).
