I am a homeschooling mother with ms, fibromyalgia, metabolic disorder and diabetes. I am on a journey to show that natural and organic foods are better for us and can heal our bodies with just a little more effort than the modern faire we have all been brainwashed into eating. Good food, sound nutrition and good health tips are what you can find here. Good food doesn't mean you have to give up your dessert, it just means you have to watch what is in that food before you put it in yourself.
Also, along the way I will also be hubbing about ways to make life simpler and more fun as we travel to a healther lifestyle. For the homeschoolers and those interested in saving the environment sanely out there, I will also have some tips for them, as well.
I find that much information can be found on the web several ways. My favorites are: one, use Google to find information; two, find books on my subjects on Amazon.com; three, find older books, videos, magazines, or pamplets written by individuals who have knowledge on the subject I am researching at eBay.com; and four, use well researched information from good hubs here at hubpages and blogs by those who have either experience in my areas or interest, or are professionals in those areas. I combine many sources and experiences to get my information. That way I am certain not to be jaded one way or the other.
