I am from the Northeast U.S. I served in the U.S. Coast Guard and then went to college. My interests run to music, nature, Biology, rural life, animals and cars (or anything with wheels or an engine).

Writing isn't really a driving passion of mine but I do enjoy writing a Hub now and then.Of my own work, my favorite Hub is called World War 2 Visits an American Farm which is based on a friend's personal experience. This was told to me many years ago.

Personal Philosophy? I think we are here to learn, to help others and to enjoy life. Everything else is probably just filler.
