Michael Vandor is the CEO of The Lazarus Group Internet Services, LLC, founded in 1995 as the dba The Lazarus Group and operating under the names A Simple World Internet Technologies, America's HOA Central, and InstaPage HOA Websites. The company designs, hosts, and maintains websites across the United States and was one of the pioneers in the web industry. The focus of the company today is InstaPage, a line of web based products for homeowners associations that provide HOA websites that are easy to manage, powerful, affordable, and beautiful..
Prior to founding The Lazarus Group, Mr. Vandor served nine years as President of Elite Community Management, a community management company operating offices in Rancho Bernardo and Temecula. Holding the CCAM designation, Mr. Vandor also served on the CAI San Diego Chapter Board of Directors. During this period he served his then community of Oceanside as Chairman of the Parks & Recreation Commission, and served as the first President of the Siena at Mission Hills Homeowners Association.
Prior career positions included stints as General Manager of Leisure Village, Ocean Hills, and as Executive Assistant to the General Manager of Leisure World, Laguna Hills.
Mr. Vandor's initial career was as a political staff aide to a member of Congress, a member of the California State Assembly, and a member of the Orange County Board of Supervisors.
He resides in La Costa, CA with his wife Lina. He is the author of the political thriller sold on Amazon, "Line of Succession - The Price of Power".
