John Custer has led a varied life. His interest in communication has never ended and he always enjoys heralding interesting information he finds whether it be topical or humorous. John grew up in North Miami Beach, Florida in the 1960’s on the beaches fishing, swimming and surfing. He had three years of duty in the U.S. Army. When he was discharged, went to his parents’ home in Florida, and soon moved to the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque.
John has always been interested in literature, and during his college studies majoring in journalism and creative writing, he discovered a Biblical Research Christian group and enjoyed learning of the depth and historical credibility of the Bible and Jesus Christ’s ministry. He said it cleared away years of confusion.
John has spent time living and working in North Carolina, Kansas, Ohio, Colorado, Georgia, New York, Oklahoma, California, and back to Tampa Bay, Florida. He enjoyed the fact that America is a great country with various regional differences but one citizenship, e pluribus unum; and, having moved various times he has found employment both from companies and self-employment in carpentry and construction. He sold residential real estate in Florida in the Tampa Bay area and had worked in manufacturing and in various retail establishments. Currently he resides on the Florida Gulf Coast.
