60Josh Bartch is an experienced entrepreneur, investor, and consultant with more than 15 years of experience in global capital markets. His career has included founding and advising multiple companies while participating in transactions totaling more than a billion dollars. His work focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing, reverse mergers, business development, and strategic growth across private and public markets.
He serves as CEO of MavDB Consulting, LLC, a firm he established after relocating to Puerto Rico. Through his work with MavDB Consulting, Josh supports companies seeking to strengthen their market presence, access capital, improve investor communication, and prepare for public market opportunities. His experience spans major international exchanges, including the New York Stock Exchange, Nasdaq, the London Stock Exchange, Euronext, the Canadian Securities Exchange, and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Bartch began his entrepreneurial journey while attending Colorado State University. During that time, he launched his first company and later successfully sold it, establishing an early foundation for a career focused on building, advising, and scaling businesses.
In 2007, he co-founded a digital transcription business that provided services for legal, medical, academic, and corporate clients. The company developed a reputation for reliable and accurate delivery and served clients across the United States.
In 2011, Josh Bartch launched a private investment and advisory firm focused on early-stage and growth-stage companies. The firm worked across multiple industries and supported strategic partnerships, capital raising, and preparation for public listings. His work emphasized practical business strategies, market development, and long-term value creation.
After relocating to Puerto Rico in 2020, Josh formed MavDB Consulting, LLC. The firm provides advisory services focused on capital markets, investor relations, cross-border listings, financing strategy, and business development. Through direct engagement with executives and leadership teams, he helps companies assess their current position, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies aligned with their business objectives.

Outside of business, Josh supports several charitable initiatives. He has donated to ND Hope to support school-building efforts in Africa and has contributed to hurricane relief efforts in Puerto Rico. He also supports organizations serving veterans and first responders, along with Boxing Bullies, a youth-focused nonprofit in Puerto Rico that provides opportunities for training and personal development through boxing.
