Karen has spondylitic spondylolisthesis. She's had back problems all her life. She got frustrated whenever doctors, physical therapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists told her that her problems must be just "muscular" and not really "serious." Being incapacitated for a week at a stretch wasn't serious?
Now she knows and can finally stop flailing in the dark. Through self-help methods such as trigger point therapy and posture work, she has been healing herself. She is glad, because being in her mid-forties, Karen is not eager to give up her mobility just yet...
Share her journey, learn what she has learned, and decide for yourself how you want to treat your own postural and muscular ailments.
