Wife, Mom, Stepmom, and Pet "Fur baby" mom. My husband, all of our children, and all of our dogs are my life. They own my heart, and they are everything I dreamed of and prayed for. I am truly happy, truly in love, and honestly grateful for each and every one mentioned above.
I am an avid writer, my family would say (and believe me they do lol) I am a bookworm/nerd etc...... I am also a lover of the outdoors, gardening, and enjoying the few precious moments each day gives us to absorb everything good about the moment.
I am a mother to my amazing 2 teenagers, a stepmother to the most loving little girl, and a wife to my absolute unbelievable, caring, and loving husband.
I was a teenage parent a few months after my high school graduation and again in my early 20s. A few years after graduation year I married my childrens father. My ex with his new wife, myself, and my husband are great friends.
About a year after my ex-husband and divorced, I was out shopping when I ran into an old childhood friend. That old childhood friend is, today, the person i am proud to call husband. He saved me and so did his little girl. He and his daughter saved me from turning to the "dark side" called pessimism lol. For this I am grateful.
My entire life, even as I endured my hostile mom and stepfather, I remained an optimist; all the thanks for my unwavering optimism goes out to my father. My father was and is always there and tried his hardest in court to obtain me when I was young Even though the judge ruled in favor of my mother, my father raised me to be the person I am today. My father did this on his days (my mom had me majority of the time). I'm the stereotypical daddys girl, excluding the type that gets everything they want. Lol. My dad made sure I knew the value of things, how to earn them, and how to appreciate. He taught me what a Man should be as husband and father. YES, on the 1st attempt of having the type of man my dad taught me to look for, I stubbornly chose the complete opposite. But I learn from my mistakes and seek to not mistake again. My father is one amazing man.
