He spent over a decade at TJX Canada, quickly advancing through roles from Field/Operational Trainer to Store Operations Manager, ultimately managing numerous stores across Western Canada. His involvement in more than 40 new store openings, including the first six HomeSense stores in Canada, showcases his capability to drive results through effective team and conflict management.
In 2007, Kemtal transitioned to Director of Leadership Development at Global Expeditions, a Texas-based missionary program offering unique experiences abroad. He developed leadership training programs for project directors and managers, honing his mentoring and motivational speaking skills.
He was promoted to Executive Director of Acquire the Fire, where he led nearly a hundred staff and interns, introduced new product offerings, and improved operational efficiencies. His leadership extended to implementing digital technologies that enhanced reporting systems and workflow efficiency.
