Having lived with physical pain most of my life, I feel it my responsibility to share what has helped along the way. I've created a career that allows me to touch those in pain physically and emotionally through body work, writing, spiritual counseling, and facilitating support group. I enjoy listening to people's stories, fears, and frustrations, then creating ways to teach them how to "Live Better" through a series of blogs, books, and presentations.
I want to reach out to others living with chronic pain in as many ways possible. If my experiences can help others to "Live Better", then my life has been worth all the pain endured, and I am grateful for every moment.

"Living Better" is a path to hope when all hope's been lost. Working the "Living Better Lifestyle", you can enjoy an increased quality of life. For me, that became a life worth living.
