Hi. My name's Matthew Gordon. I was born in Port Huron, Michigan in 1989. I attended the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History, with honors.
After college, I worked for the Helen Keller Foundation for Research & Education as a copywriter, where I wrote, designed, and edited the book Helen Keller: From Her Mind to Your Mind.
I now live just outside of Birminham, Alabama with my fiancé, an artist. I work independently, writing for various organizations, and enjoy cooking, reading and writing history, as well as photography.
All of my articles are original works (writing, editing, and research all done by myself).
