I spend too much time on the internet reading and reading and reading. I love sharing information with people, and I've always enjoyed writing. My friends actually have affectionately nicknamed me "The Explainer".
I love roasting coffee. Talking about coffee, and well, drinking coffee too. I love to cook, and experiment in the kitchen. It may not always turn out as expected, but I'm persistant and take something from each failure.
In my professional life, I work in live video production, with a focus on live concerts. I'm the guy you see behind all of the televisions, wearing a headset and telling camera operators what to do.
In my lesser-known life, I'm a band called Grandpa Griffith. We're five nerdy guys who like to sing songs about Aquman, Numbers, David Hassellhoff, and of course Robots.
Over the last few years, I've been running a website that helps people find the titles of songs from TV commercials and writing about fonts like Google's Roboto Font.
