I am currently working as a PhD student at a university medical center, I use behavioral change techniques in interventions and behavioral programs. These techniques seem to benefit the health of a lot of patients. I thought it would be nice if these techniques would also be available for people who do not use these interventions and programs.
In addition, writing about the behavioral change techniques in an article style, gives structure to my thoughts, and allows for new techniques and theories to emerge. In the future I will also write about other things than just health-behavioral-change-techniques, to allow myself to become better at writing in general.
