Raised in Philadelphia, gaining a chemical engineering degree from Drexel University. After fifteen years working in estimating, research, and process design, moved to teaching high school science. While teaching physics, chemistry, and mathematics for thirty years, developed curriculum materials including learning and game based software. Formed a company called Multimedia Science to help distribute these materials and have continued to work on the material and company after retiremnt. Enjoy playing tennis, bridge, and reading science fiction.
