59In 2102, I turned fifty and gave myself a remarkable gift - eight months in Colorado. There my soul marinated in the spectacular views of the mountains and the bright clear blue sky. My mind found peace and quiet, away from the noise of dysfunctional relationships and energy zapping work. I ran and hiked trails, climbed mountains and my body became strong. The whole me healed from years of toxic relationships, selfish and hurtful individuals, meaningless work and abusive habits. In the peace and quiet I dug deep and found the parts of me that had been hidden or gone unnoticed for decades. With this discovery I decided the remainder of my life will be filled with purposeful intent, love, wonder, adventure, hope, art, creativity and beautiful words. Now, moment by moment, I write the notes which create the composition of my life. These notes sing and put forth my radiant energy into the universe. I have found peace with myself, put the past behind me and my eye is to the future.
I love to write about daily observations on life, love and work. My Hubs are a mixture of theory and practice. For I find life more exciting if I interact with individuals who are experiencing life not just writing about it!
