I am an artist living in the small town of Nairn in the Highlands of Scotland. I have always been fascinated and inspired by myths, legends and folk tales. I paint and write, finding that both forms express in a different way my interest (and what some call an obsession) in the unusual and paranormal. My Celtic heritage led me to become interested in these things at a very early age and I continue to discover new phenomena which lurk, hidden, on the fringes of science. I believe that it is important to keep a sense of wonder alive in your heart, and in that way all things are possible, and even imaginary beasts might appear to us.
