Positive vs. Negative Thoughts

Our Mind can hold only one thought at a time, either positive or negative. It takes the same effort, time and emotional reaction to think. So why can't we think positive thought every second. Because, Conscious Mind always takes thoughts from thinking and supply them to subconscious mind and in turn they will be fed into super conscious mind. To make life always energetic, we can think only positive thoughts.

I read somewhere, to remove one negative thought's impact on our mind; we have to feed 17 positive thoughts.

Expecting always good things, positive results, positive thoughts, positive actions and positive perceptions will totally change our outlook towards life.

”You are what you repeatedly do” and “Repetition is the Mother of Skill”, let’s think only positive thoughts repetitively and make life more beautiful, energetic.

These lines from Jonathan Livingston Seagull really inspire me.

Most gulls don't bother to learn more than the simplest facts of flight - how to get from shore to food and back again. For most gulls, it is not flying that matters, but eating. For this gull, though, it was not eating that mattered, but flight. More than anything else. Jonathan Livingston Seagull loved to fly.
