2 courses away from completing my Master's Degree in Hospitality Management, my passion in life is working with people and of course, my family. I am currently pregnant with my first child and not working. Blogging is my newest pursuit. I have always enjoyed reading and writing and hope that readers will find my topics both interesting and be able to spark some intellectual debates.
Although I do have a slight fear of flying, I love to travel. My favorite cities are New Orleans and New York City. Although born on Long Island, but having been raised the majority of my life in South Florida, I have a split appreciation for small town, country life, as well as a fascination with big city and fast paced living.
During my travels, my favorite thing to do is enjoy local cuisine and spend time away from traditional tourist spots, instead taking in the "normal" day to day lives of those in the places I am visiting. I also have a fascination with researching the history of these places.
