Welcome to The Operations Blog on Hub Pages.
I have been in Operations, Customer and Technical Support for most of my career and enjoy sharing the tips and tricks, trials and tribulations and a few other words that start with the letter T! After blogging for many years on WordPress platforms, I have transitioned to Hub Pages for “ease of use”, but you may read my original blogs via the links below.
My goal is to provide Hub Pages content that will help enable you to improve organizational performance and achieve business targets for your employees, customers and shareholders. Blog posts will focus on Leadership, Service Operations and Tech Support, with an emphasis on how to align and leverage “people, processes, technology and data”.
I attempt to leverage a fun, conversational style and avoid the “blah blah blahs” you often see in business blogs.
