Joined 10 years ago from New England
I am a writer, an advocate for clean & renewable energy, in particular a focus on electric vehicles and the charging infrastructure. I became a EV convert years ago when I had the pleasure of going for a drive in a fully converted electric 1977 electric Porsche. The “gearhead” who’d done the conversion took me out for about half an hour zipping around 95, keeping up with and passing other cars with ease, banking off the exits as if on rails and at the end of the ride when I asked him how much our ride cost, it was pennies. I was sold.
So, I joined hubpages as a place where I might be able to write, publish opinions, news and communicate with the community and share my knowledge of the industry as it unfolds.
While I intend to write primarily on the industry I love, I may from time to time segue off in to other interests and hope readers will enjoy those also.
