At Christmas, we are expressing the peace of Christ that lies within our hearts any time we speak a kind word or voice any loving greeting of the season.
A little piece about a little grace. Because a little grace is no small thing.
Christmas is a time for thoughts of peace and well-being, a time for joy, a joy that can forever increase through our loving ways, a joy which is present the entire year.
It is a lovely day, a pretty one. And although it may not always be lovely nor pretty, the goodness and love that surrounds us all on this and every day makes it always new, always good, always fine.
Remember peace. Remember love. Remember forgiveness.
I seek beauty, wisdom, and perhaps a little peace and joy. What I find is that they have been seeking me. So I surrender to them and gain a deeper understanding.
Pass the peas and pass the pies. Share the love and laughter. Give thanks for all things good. Give thanks and watch those good things grow.
Through humility, grace and silent gratitude, we recognize our true value and importance, and understand our ability to increase the beauty and love in this world.
We have received the blessing of peace that has God's love at its source. We pursue peace when we accept this blessing, and when we recognize and acknowledge God's light and love in all people.
Any good word is one spoken with compassion and understanding, having behind it an intention to increase these things in the world.
Sometimes a little kindness is all we need to increase the love in this world.
When we pursue righteousness and love, we find that and more, and there is joy in all we find.
Looking for that perfect gift?
And God so loves the world....
Our hearts smile in knowing that the loving spirit of God fills us all.
A greeting card moment this is not. It is merely an endeavor to promote a way of thinking and a state of being. And it is all quite simply stated.
I believe there lies a hidden perfection behind this seemingly imperfect world. Can good intentions help bring it to light? Can good intentions help bring it to life?
He is risen. He forgives and He heals. He is with us always. He is risen.
The long journey towards trust and love
Being alive to our souls is being alive to the forever untroubled spirit of God within, and accepting all the peace and joy that comes with it.
Autumn has arrived and a new day is here. It's another good day to put on my hoodie, the one I wear all year. It's my hoodie of compassion and more. It is my hoodie of humility.
Despite the conflicts and hardships found in the early bible stories, God's goodness is still revealed. Despite the hardships that we endure today, God's goodness is still experienced.
A deep frozen fog gripped the town on that Christmas Eve. It was the night Ebenezer Scrooge, with the help of a few ghosts, took a short journey through time. But he could not change anything...or could he?
It is a lovely early autumn morning, and like any morning or any evening, God sees that it is good. And we do as well.
Welcome to another day of the mundane, the miraculous mundane.
We continue the miraculous works of Jesus, whenever we are being kind.
We seek and we find. We ask and we receive. Unworried, we accept God's unlimited abundance. And just like God's love, we increase it in the world by letting it flow.
When we repent and accept the gift of God's mercy and grace, we gain the knowledge of salvation, which is the knowledge of forgiveness and healing. We are refreshed and renewed as we move forward with forgiveness in our hearts.
He is risen. This is the good news of the forever presence of Christ in our lives. It is the good news of healing and forgiveness, delivered daily.
