I have been serving as consultant to NGOs in Bangladesh for self operated consulting firm called Social Welfare, Empowerment & Economic Target ( SWEET) for more than 30 years effectively and I live in the southern region which is disaster prone and highly vulnerable to natural disaster. People in the coastal CHAR ( silted river bed area ) are 3 times more under poverty line than other areas of Bangladesh. The rate of violence against women, poverty and health hazards are in extreme position always. I have the excellent opportunity mainly work actively on women equal gender rights, girls rights, women empowerment, microcredit for sustainable income generation and poverty alleviation, prevention of forced child marriage, vulnerable child development & reproductive health education, prevention of child labor, gender mainstreaming, prevention of domestic violence against women, human rights, water and sanitation, disaster risk reduction, application of UN-CRPD for inclusive development to persons with disabilities, so I think I have practical experience to handle all these issues more effectively than any other worker or consultant work in these fields
