Hi! I’m Puneet, 35-years-old Hospitality Sales Professional, Travel Consultant & Fitness Enthusiast. Currently I live in Delhi, capital city of India! with my super talented wife Shivani and a beautiful 6yrs old daughter Anaya.
“ACTIVE” best describes my personality both personally and professionally. Apart from being a Hospitality professional, I am an early riser, marathon runner, cyclist and a swimmer. I am strong believer of an old saying “Health is Wealth”, here Health refers to Healthy- Mind, Body and Soul.

My fitness journey started in year 2015 and since than I have never looked back. I have been inspired by many along the way, came across likeminded people and ideas that kept me motivated to stay on the path. As they say it is “Law of attraction”.
Like everyone else I stepped into this journey to be in shape and look fit, however as time passed, this turned into a real time passion for me and now is a vital part of my life. Fortunately, I realized the importance of mental health along with physical health pretty early.
When I look back, I find it difficult to believe that a boy who has never been involved in any kind of physical activity in high school or even in college has now become a fitness enthusiast and an avid sports person. It is never too late to start a good habit, fitness is the way of life for me now.
I believe nothing is impossible to achieve, the only limit that stops us, is our own mind.
