I am Md.Rahad Hossain. I am expert in the field of Bio-Science (Human Vaccine Opimization-fermentation, purifation and conjugation) and also expert in search Engine Optimazation(SEO).

I have born in the city of Shariatpur on 12 December, 1983. I have completed SSC from Naria BL Pilot High School,Shariatpur and HSC from Syed Abul Hossain College,Madaripur. I have completed BSc(Hons) and MSc in Chemistry from National University.

My career vision is to obtain a reasonable and challenging position where the main vision of my life to achieve the top position in work sector and can apply my Academic knowledge, creativity, Research & practical knowledge and experience that offer opportunity for a career in an attractive environmental and to be expert in the field of all kinds.

My professional career started as a Quality Assurance Chemist in ACI Salt Limited on 01 January, 2012 to 28 February, 2013. Then I started my career as a Research and Development (R&D) officer on 06 March,2013 in Incepta Vaccine Limited (sister concern of Incepta Pharmaceuticals Limited). Here I have achieved more knowledge about Biological Science. I have done optimization of Human Vaccine like Maningococcal, , Cholera, Hepatitis B, , Himophilus Influnza type b in our R&D Lab. Research is going on Diptheria, Partosis , Pneumococcal and Typhoid vaccine.

I am also working as a freelancer in the market place named Upwork and fiverr.

I am highly capable to motivate subordinates and adapting in any type of environment. I am also flexible, dependable and able to work under tight guideline, challenging condition & long hours. I am also self-motivated, energetics, highly ambitious and agile in natural & able to manage scheduling project and have a full organized capacity.

I want to maintain honesty in spear of whole life. That’s why I am always trying to do my all job very perfectly and it was the strength of my life.
