Refilwe Lekgetho was born on the 21st of May with only one sibling, her brother Itumeleng. She is a true Gemini, witty, loving, passionate etc. She was raised by her father and mother until she was 8 years old when her mother fell sick and died at a hospital in Kimberley while on holiday.
She has always been a young girl with a passion for drawing and writing, even getting good marks on her English essays. Although she appeared to be very shy on her childhood years, she didn't speak much but when it came to writting, she had an awful lot to say.
Her life experiences from the young little sweet girl she was, to the strong, courageous and religious woman she is now, made her want to share what has been a very emotional journey from her time in Primary school till now.
She now is a mother herself of two children, a 6 year old boy and a 3 year old girl. They also like her, lost a parent, their father died recently after a short illness. While she's still mourning the loss of her partner, she felt even more encouraged to write about how circumstances can either break or make you the best person you ever knew.
