I think herbs are fantastic.
You can spend your entire lifetime learning about them, and still will have hit only a small percentage of what good (and harm) they can do.
I believe in todays society, mankind has done much to alter our body, food, medical, and geo enviornments, and not always for the most beneficial of any of us.
I would like to see more education, on both herbs and alternative therapy, that allows us to make more informed choices and help get to the root of helping ourselves and each other.
My articles may not be the most indepth or full of scientific words, but that is not my goal.
There is a wealth of infomation in the world of herbs, and we in it, seem to take it for granted that the layman understands all that we do.
I'm using this medium to jill-of-all-information. A little bit of this, a little bit of that...Everything I pass on, either I or my friends have some sort of personal experience in.
There is a lot of garbage out there, and I think everyone (yes, that means you) could use a bit of simple, friendly advice that works.
There are also a number of ways that plants and herbs can help clean up and make our enviornment healthier.
I hope you find these simple bits to be of genuine use to you.
