With over a decade worth of experience in child care and education I have come to the conclusion to write my strategies, ideas, dreams and educational philosophy for all to hear. Working with young children is hard but rewarding work. They say within the first five years of teaching 40 - 50 % of teachers will leave the profession. After working in Stockton Ca and still working through a pandemic I have valuable advice to give. These articles I write are my own stoires and experinces combined with research.
