My name is Samantha Carpenter, and I've been told I have a gift in writing. I suppose it's true, because people tend to relate to the words I share and comment on the power, beauty, and emotion behind the words. Writing for me is like oxygen for the rest of the world. I'm one of those "smart" straight A students; call me a nerd. I'm the Vice President of the Youth Alive club on campus. I believe it is true when you hear the saying that it's the preacher's daughter you have to watch out for. I've had my share of rebellion. In the end, however, my faith in my God and Savior is what has gotten me to the point I currently am at. I will not compromise my beliefs for anyone, for any reason. I have been loved and have loved. I have been hurt and have hurt others. I have been forgiven and forgiven others. I believe that I am my only limits and compare myself to a butterfly ready to take flight and leave my mark in this world. I simply want to touch the lives of others.
