Hi I'm Dee and I love to write. I am the Mother of three beautiful girls and have the most "handsomest" 6 year old grandson on the planet. I came across this site one day and I fell in love. I have so much information in my head that I have learned over my lifetime that I want to share. I love to cook and my best recipes learned at my Grandmother's side are here. Enjoy How to make a pound cake from scratch and my How to make a Red Velvet cake is also very tasty. I have instructions for How to cook Spanish Rice or if you want to try Crockpot cooking spanish rice. We love hot food so try my How to make Spicy Cajun fried shrimp or Jamaican curried chicken. Empanadas are a favorite of mine so I have provided instructions on how you can also make them quickly and easily. But after my poundcake recipe my second favorite has to be How to make No Knead Bread. I can smell it as I write about it.
