I want to get knowledge through this research, that what is the status of the foreign reserve through software houses with the help of aerospace business. The aerospace business means that the aboard countries e.g. UK, USA, Canada etc. outsource their projects like website development, software development through e.g. ODesk or Elance website which is a freelancer website. The freelancer opens an account in O desk website just like face book etc. The aboard countries give the project on this website with a rate e.g. 1000 dollars, 500 pounds etc. The other countries e.g Pakistan,India etc.free lancers bids for these projects. After biding the free-lancer get the project with a delivery date. When the free-lancer complete the project than the free-lancer deliver the project and the outsources country e.g. UK, USA etc. transfer the payment e.g. dollars or pound in their account. The abroad countries want to outsource the website, designing, software’s project, they want to use abroad labor because want to reduce the cost. The other countries want to achieve the projects for increasing the foreign reserve.
