60Over the last 7 years, I have been working in the customer service and fashion fields starting in the fashion career as sales & customer service representative then got promoted to a team leader, then to a visual merchandiser which helped me to understand the market and branding, how to choose the best product that will attract the customer, in order to increase sales and defiantly how to handle customers.
Then I changed careers to be a customer service representative in call centers dealing with Americans, Canadians, British then Irish which gave me a wide experience of customer service e-mail handling, data entry tasks, I used to have tasks from back office which also allowed me to become good in Microsoft office generally (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Also we used to get translation tasks from English to Arabic and from Arabic to English which I was really successful in for our client till I reached Vodafone Ireland and became a delegate supervisor, used to give training for new hires for (C sat) which is customer satisfaction, and soft skills so we can become the best, which also gave me management and training experience.
I'm also good at Sales because I used to work as a telesales dealing with US and I started as a sales rep. In the retail fashion career, also I’m a dog breeder so I’m a very good obedience trainer, have good experience with health and medical care of dogs, and I used to sell my own breed train my dogs get into competitions, and this career allowed me to become a good marketer specially e-mail and internet marketing .
