Joined 13 years ago from Northern Wisconsin
A passion for writing has been an integral part of my life since I was a child. From the grade school days when I started a little newspaper in my neighborhood, complete with a recipe column, to my current position at the Illinois Snowmobiler, writing makes me feel alive.
I have been published consistently for 25 years and have worked for several wonderful publications. In addition to working as a feature writer for six magazines, I also have been a reporter for two newspapers, as well as the Communications Specialist for Harley Davidson, the Tomahawk, Wis. plant.
Currently, I maintain what appears as a single Hub, The Splendiforus Life, a journal of changes and interests in my life over the last three years. I add content to this Hub in separate cells along with photography.
I am about to retire in less than three weeks and will be creating HubPages in travel, cooking, snowmobiling, wild forest creatures, hot tubs, wines, beauty care and much more.
