I love a lot of sports and appreciate many others.

My articles will consist of writing about the rich history of sport, about great players, teams and moments but also about some of those wonderfully human stories that sport produces often from the unexpected people or teams. I'll also cover how sport is a great metaphor for life and how it has literally changed the world at times.

Plus I'll be writing pieces on current events as sport continues to be played out in front of me every moment.
