I have been writing for many years a little poetry and a few short stories. Lost all my work some years back so thought I would start over. For many years I have told people I am going to write a novel and get it published. My idea's are good to me and maybe others, however I have a big problem with descriptions. I can almost visualize what I want to say but the words just some how won't come to me. I thought I would give this a try for a while. The hardest is learning the internet. All my old work was handwritten and typed. It's getting easier, I have a few poems published so far.
I am a mother first. I am finally happily in a relationship. Yes we did meet from a dating site been together five years now. I am now the step mother of two more wonderful children. They are grown up children like mine but still younger. My new daughter now 21 is expecting her first child in two months. My new son is 18 and was born with Down Syndrome. They both live at home with us as well as my youngest child of 22.
For the most we are one big happy family. I have decided to work more at home these past few years to spend more time helping my son learn. He will always require full time care and guidance. At the present time he preforms more like a six year old than anything. The hardest thing for him really is hormones. He is after all 18, and his hormones are that of an 18 year old. If only his mind could keep up. So my reasons for learning more of the internet and such have a lot to do with him. I want to be able to spend more time at home helping him. I quit my full time job a year and a half ago and started running a small company from home. It has given me more time for family and working with him. And now in two months gramma again, I will be able to care for the baby with out the worries of day care and such.
More to come later
