Tia Butts (Tia-Butts)

Tia Butts has a Master's degree in Secondary Teacher Education. She has been teaching English for seven years at the high school level.

She received her Bachelor's degree in Communications from Virginia Wesleyan College and her Master's degree in Secondary Teacher Education from University Phoenix.

Tia is passionate about many things related to education and loves reflecting on her personal classroom experiences and also hearing the different perspectives of other educators.

During her free time, Tia enjoys reading, spending time with her 1 year old son and 8 year old Shih Tzu, and traveling to see her family in California and Virginia.
