My name is Tiffany. I am the mother of four children ages of 20, 16 ( my only boy!), 4 years old, and a 2 year old. My children are my world and that is what brings me here. I'm new to this I'm reaching out I'm doing anything and everything I can think of because I'm slowly losing myself. CPS came and took my girls, terminated my rights reason being I am not punctual and I procrastinate and they fear I will miss doctor appointments?! Absolutely absurd. To get them out of our lives I agreed to let my cousin adopt them. After my rights were terminated they removed the girls from my cousin and put him in a foster home. Many family members have expressed interest in adopting the girls including my mother and my 20 year old daughter. The adoption of her has to both of them they are not an option the Foster family is wanting to adopt she feels that's a good fit and that's where the girls will stay. If I even try to ask a question I get hung up on and told my rights are terminated. My mom and my daughter were told that they are no longer family because my rights were terminated. It's been 9 months and no one has got to see or talk to the girls at all. My 4-year-old is going through therapy and is still showing no progress and they had to make the therapy or intense because she's going backwards still. I have a picture that my cousin seen my daughter at the Foster family's rummage. She was chasing her telling her please take me home I promise to be a good girl :-(. She's doing this because she came from a loving home and she wants to go back and no one will help her. The one person who's supposed to protect her from the world and always be there can do absolutely nothing right now and I'm losing my mind. Attorneys 15,000 down to help us that's the cheapest one I found! I wrote The judge and talk to my old attorney but she was useless so she still is useless. DHS was no help at all but they are the problem. My older children are not even allowed to visit their little sisters I don't understand this. I'm a good mother and no one will ever tell me otherwise my own worker told me I'm a great mother but since I can't make it to appointments on time sometimes and I myself don't have insurance ( both girls have insurance and have never missed or been late to a doctor's appointment) but he feels its best if the kids not be in my care! The judge even told me he always wanted me to help me get to my life and have contact with them that's why he was wanting my cousin to adopt them. And now they're acting as I have physically abused them or I'm a sex offender and cannot be more near them I even bring up their names actually what are you doing calling here like there's a restraining order and there was nothing of the sort ever I didn't even have any limitations on my visits. Even though I feel out of visits are absolutely absurd because I'm great mother and I would never harm my children now I can't see them at all and I don't know what to do please help me please help me family please help my girls!!!!
