Roy has over 20 plus years’ experience within the Military Healthcare System and the Department of Defense (DoD) Electronic Health Record (EHR). Roy has previously worked as a Senior Clinical Systems Trainer for the Electronic Health Record and currently works as a Clinical Workflow Analyst (CWA) at a military hospital and utilizes his 10 plus years’ experience working with numerous cross-functional teams and customers to diagnose business problems and recommending appropriate solutions for the medical clinic's workflow. He has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and completed his Master’s degree in Healthcare Informatics. Roy is a Project Manager (PMP) and enjoys helping people who cannot help themselves.
