I am working to bring my nursing and life experiences to the world wide web in order to share and educate in the areas of health, wellness, self development, and spiritualism.

It is my goal to answer your health & wellness questions in simple and easy to understand terms. There is a huge amount of information online but I noticed that often there are terms used that non-medical people can fully understand.

I love to teach and research for effective ways to cure or at least find the best ways to help people manage their health and wellness needs as effectively as possible. I believe anything is possible when we are open to all possibilities and learn to believe that there are no limitations.

I even more love to teach about spiritualism and self development.
Building on these key components in our lives is exactly what we need to survive these difficult times.

I believe, along with many others that in order to live our lives to the fullest potential of living with purpose and passion we need to understand and integrate all of the above into our lives. The world is a pretty hard place to live for many people these days which makes it even more important that we learn to help each other and ourselves to get through it.

We are spiritual beings experiencing the world in human form. In other words I believe we need to address illness with an understanding of all areas of our being of "Mind", "Body", and "soul" in order to address the source of illness for the best possible results.

I am interested in hearing any questions, thoughts, and suggestions of anyone interested in participating so that I can address your current needs or desires to understand any of the above and how you or someone you know are currently affected......
