Judie McMath received a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma and a Master's Degree in Behavioral Science also from Cameron University. She is a Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Specialist. She also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Holistic Nutrition from the American Holistic College of Nutrition. She became a Certified Childbirth Educator through ALACE (The Association of Labor Assistants and Childbirth Educators) in 1995. She was certified as an Aware Parenting Instructor in 2004. She is a Certified Feng Shui Consultant, Reiki Master and an EFT Practitioner (Emotional Freedom Technique). She has been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and Chronic Kidney Disease and provides support to those with similar diagnoses. She is the author of three books, "Own Your Life Again: The Proven 5-Step Process for Controlling Depression, Anxiety and More," "The Long and Winding Road: Therapeudic Journaling for Personal Insight," and "The Instrument of Peace" (fiction).
