Hello everyone. For those of you who don't know me, I am Victor or Vic and in Puerto Rico to my family, I am still "Junior". I have been in South Florida now for over 39 years and I am the proud father of two great guys. The oldest you can see in the first spot of my friends list below and anything I can tell you about him, you can probably check out yourself in his page. He is my best friend in the world. My little one, he's twelve, he's my pride and joy. He's in seventh grade in the asst. principal honor roll, loves and competes in chess, he played basketball and football in school last year. Took Kung-Fu and made it to Brown Belt, but then his teachers left the school and he didn't want to go anymore. He is also the biggest Star Wars freak you've ever seen.(Well, his brother, cousin and father are not far behind). I just got married in April to a beautiful lady (Marina), and consquently I am also now a stepdad to Glenn and Jessica, who are both great kids.
Interests:Very simple...God, my kids, my family, my friends...Music, Sports and Movies, Photography, poetry, small electronics and everything that relates to these things. Big local sports fan...love all my teams, even though we're going through some rough times, but I'm a firm believer of rooting for the home teams. It's easy to root for whoever wins every year. I am a true fan and eventually, it pays off, as witnessed by our 2006 Heat and our 2003 Marlins...I know, the Dolphins haven't won in ages, and the Panthers never have, but trust me, sooner or later... Go Heat, Fish, 'Fins, Cats and 'Canes...Favorite Music:As most of you already know I like all music, but my first love is and always will be...musica tropical...rumba...mambo...son...bomba y plena. Todo lo que al final terminamos llamando SALSA !!! Especialmente la Clasica. Fania (Everyone ever involved with the label), from Willie and Hector to Richie and Bobby to Celia y Tito, unforgettable music. Love my boleros and musica jibara too. I like classic rock and r&b, old big band music, latin jazz and even some of the new things.Favorite TV Shows:Lost, Heroes, The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Entourage, Two and a half men, How I met your mother and some old ones, like Friends and Cheers. Of course, many sports events (specially local teams) and ESPN's Sportcenter.Favorite Movies:Way too many to mention, but I can mention a few...Godfather I and 2, Field of Dreams, Scarface, Goodfellas, Carlitos Way, Bull Durham, Casablanca, Gone with the Wind, The Lord of the Ring trilogy, Titanic, When Harry met Sally...just too many...Comedies, romantic comedies, adventure flicks, dramas, science fiction, most superhero movies, sports movies, etc. etc. and yes, as most of you already know...All six Star Wars movies.Favorite Books:Autobiography by Bobby Cruz, "Imperfecto Yo".
