Weeyo is a computer programmer and technician. Weeyo's interests include science fiction, travel (time travel could fit here, too) and electronics. However, Weeyo is most proud of his role as husband and father to 2 beautiful girls, one a teenager, the other a toddler.
Weeyo developed an intense passion for learning and sharing about health, wellness and fitness issues after losing over 100 pounds over the course of 15 months. Not afraid to share the ups and downs of his weight loss journey, Weeyo provides an honest, common sense perspective on weight loss goals, diets, exercise and behavioral issues that often sabotage people from reaching their true wellness goals.
Weeyo founded http://www.yourreturntohealth.com as a way to educate individuals on health and wellness issues empowering them to take control of their health by encouraging a balanced diet, active lifestyle and healthy habits.
