I'm an academic library director, college instructor, and a fish-out-of-water Georgian now living on the frozen tundra of Kansas. I have a variety of interests, and sincerely wish to impart my knowledge to others who may need it.

I like to write book reviews, articles about issues of interest to librarians, articles from the perspective of medical patients and caregivers, and anything else that I think people may want to read. I have recently started writing humor. I hope my writing makes you smile!

Unlike many people who blog or write freelance articles online, I have strong academic credentials and a good handle on English grammar, and I research what I write.
