We lost our sweet companion, Basil, a fabulous all white long haired gentleman who lived to be 22 years old. A foster cat whom we took in two years ago, we knew, after only a few months, that he would be a permanent member of our family. He left this step in the progression to pure love, on Saturday, October 8, 2011.
