Soon Wild Horses Will Be a Memory in Wyoming!

Updated on February 24, 2020

4,000 WILD HORSES SLATED TO BE ROUNDED UP IN WYOMING ALONE THIS YEAR.

There is no end to helicopters and aviation fuel. The BLM has cornered the market. How do I know? All the round-ups slated for this year. The above is a depiction of the problem at hand... maybe not the cattle, but the rigging of grazing laws to fit the means. The BLM has used lease ranchers to ask for the removal of wild horses to accommodate their animals alone. Probably was paid to. Keep in mind that this is all in the US. public lands. Don't misunderstand me, I don't propose to run everyone out but most of us are saying there is plenty of grazing land for all. Not just cattle and sheep. But do you notice? What is wrong with this picture?

THE BLM ANIMAL TOTALS. THE ABOVE TABLE FROM 2012.

While I really don't like to use outdated material in my article, it appears to look like I can't prove what I say...however in the next few sentences, it will stand for my discussion. Since we are trying to show a comparison of what the public is being told. I think you the reader will see. While the aforementioned table represents several states and the number of animals in each, the next one shows a little different story.

THIS TABLE A LITTLE DIFFERENT THAN THE ONE ABOVE BUT NEWER.

TABULIZATIONS ALWAYS HARD TO DECIPHER TO THE UNTRAINED EYE.

I will not attempt to explain the numbers, as some do not make sense to me...you the reader may be able to discern the differences and make an educated guess as to the point I'm trying to make. The various wild horse and burro organizations do this every day. You have to stay on top of the numbers and what is being said, in order to prove things in federal court. And that is where this all ends up. Because the feds are breaking their own laws, and it takes a pro to point this out to them. The BLM has lied to so many, about so much, for so long they don't remember what was said to who. Now they have lease farmers doing the same thing to the same people. That's why the program is called " the rigging of the grazing regulations". Mainly because the system is broken. Period...that's all that can be said.

THERE ARE GOOD AND BAD THINGS TO BE SAID FOR ALL INVOLVED !

The above link may have some age on it, however, the point is for everyone to state their side of the story. The system is broken everyone knows it. How to fix it is anyone's guess. While I do believe nobody wants to out and out kill horses for any reason what do they do with the extra's if you will? I remember in my young years, where I grew up the saying was a car in every driveway and a horse in every barn. Or something like that. Now its cell phones.

TIME IS A TEACHER AS WELL AS AT TIMES A MENACE.

The BLM has many hands but no ears It is my opinion these wild horses and burros be left right where they are. There is a proven way to prevent future foals. With darts, not helicopters and the like. A serum known as PZP has been used on many wild mares and has already proven itself. It is used at about a fraction of what it would cost, what the BLM is now spending on their current prehistoric like methods of today. The BLM won't even consider trying it. Instead of the $5 billion they say it will cost to keep all the horses it round-ups and holds, the cost could be like $50,000 maybe. But, how do you make deaf people hear? How do you make blind people see? That is one of the problems with the system. Adoption is a great idea. Now make it very easy. No lectures. No big stack of paperwork. No telling them how to take care of them...they probably already know how, or they wouldn't be there. Just make sure they know feeding habits, and make sure they do it. Check on them occasionally. The link below somewhat explains the PZP birth control and how it's introduced. This could be done all over the country only if BLM would agree.

WILD HORSES AND BURROS DO NOT HAVE TO DIE !

Let me make it crystal clear to all! I am an American Veteran. I am a wild horse and burro advocate. I will fight till I die for them. As well as protect this country against all foes. Many very important people have spoken up for wild horses. That all today means nothing. How do you convince a Government agency to see there is a cheaper way than the one being implemented. This article is intended to point out all sides. However, I can not find any of the lease farmers living and working on public lands that are willing to go on record as to what they think. It's like they have been silenced. So I will continue writing about the wild horses and burros, trying to make the public aware of their plight. It will take all Americans speaking up to win this war. Thank you.
